I talked my grandpa into direct registering all shares, even though he doesn't hold GME. The fact this didn't end with complete share ownership and rights is rather disappointing. What if that brokerage was liquidated during MOASS and in small fine writing during his sign up it says that they had the right to liquidate? (It likely does) That would mean he trusted you and you didn't give him the fullest extent of education resulting in him getting screwed in the end of it. All it takes is
