  1. The anorexia face is so real. I have spidey senses when it comes to people with eating disorders, not just anorexia. Like you can just tell.

  2. omg my first job the two coworkers I was closest with had eating disorders. It was so wild, because it was almost as if we had already known before revealing it.

  7. How long did you take miralax until it started working?

  8. Maybe like 1 week, but in times of really high stress sometimes I need to up it to 3x a day or lower it depending.

  9. I just take miralax capful 2x daily and drink cold brew every morning. If I haven't gone for 4 ot 5 days I take a laxative.

  11. I eat a sandwich in there sometimes with my drink and they've never stopped me 🤷‍♀️

  12. I was on boost for several months. I discovered it only aggravated my IBS and I would not digest regular food when on boost. I switched to breeze and it worked slightly better.

  13. I don’t know why, but no matter what iced coffee from dunkin always makes me shit. Even when cold brew isn’t working, their regular iced coffee with cream. Every. Single. Time.

  14. Introduced new foods such as bagels, pretzels, a bean based cereal (a fear food due to ARFID & IBS, not an actual irritant due to surprisingly low fiber per serving).
