Sure it felt predictable, but was it? I certainly didn't know it was going to happen, and full disclosure I took a small position for the fun of it Tuesday (I did a little research about the mission of the company over the weekend & knew about their 2 independent analyst calls for a valuation of $11-19, Wes Christian being involved, and recent interviews between the CEO and Wes) The fact of the matter is ~ 10M shares is the public float. Nearly 25x that amount traded today. That's definitely not natural supply and demand. Just a day before, the CEO was shocked at 3x the public float trading. It's very possible that HFs & Investment Firms pumped the price using their algos while taking advantage of options that would benefit them. There's just too much obfuscation to know. Something interesting to note: Wes is claiming they have proof of naked short selling and who's doing it (i think). With that said, I am curios to know how well shareintel will work. Wes & his team are claiming that they're better able to track where the shares are trading. If that's true, they'll be able to find potential suspects for who's behind all the trading and by that token, be able to figure out if this company is in fact working with nefarious players looking to orchestrate something.
