I worked at a small brewery in wine country 2015. Joe Montana and Brett Farve come in on a busy Saturday. Joe being the stud he is kept it simple, cheese burger and fries. However, Brett got cheeseburger gluten free bun, with a side of onion rings. Beer battered onion rings. The fry cook tried to send out only 2 rings. One for each Super Bowl.

In this video your hands start slightly before the hips. It should be vice versa. It’s hard to practice that on tee work. I usually do soft toss, waiting for the ball to get deep in the zone, focusing on firing your hands and hips almost at the same time. Trust your hands and eyes. Repetition is key
