As long as the bottom of the hull was intact, it did it's job and absorbed/redirected the energy away from the crew cabin like it's designed to do. And something that size falling from that height would hit the ground at 30-40 mph, so less G forces at impact than many car accidents. People would definitely have things like TBI, fractured/compressed discs, broken limbs/ribs/hips. It's definitely not good. However, in almost every other vehicle the military uses, there would have only been small pieces of the vehicle left and almost nothing identifiable as human in the wreckage.
