You should be able to move yourself on your own. From my experience I was able to. I would recommend having someone their just in case for your first time Incase you don’t handle it well. It really sneaks up on you bro. One minute you are chilling more dissociated than DXM and the next moment your tripping balls off the wall like vans.
I did my lines and then hopped in a raft in my friends pool. It started out really nice but I was so dissociated it sounded like I was inside my skull and whenever I talked it echoed in a giant room. I became so relaxed I was actually scary. I was laying in a big raft up off the water. I eventually entered the k hole and had to be taken out of the pool and I pretty much just tripped sack for almost 3 hours on the side of the pool. I vomited a little. May have been because it was somewhat hot outside or maybe that just happens to people who have never k holed before. It was mostly pretty scary and I’m a pretty experienced psych user. This was a whole new experience I had never felt anything like before in the slightest. Be careful. It can go from fun to scary very fast. If you do k hole just don’t take more than u need to k hole. Look into the amount you need depending on your body weight to k ratio. Safe travels my friend.
