I think it's better to invest in her boyfriend's challenge. They're always new as he uses different training method & they're also 99$ but I feel like much better quality

I like 3.5 days (every other day), but people are weird about the arbitrary convention of weeks.
Oh what do you mean by 3.5 days? π€£ does that mean you'll work for a full workout 3 days and half another day?
Week 1: Sunday Tuesday Thursday Saturday
So are you running the same program? That sounds interesting I've never thought of alternating weeks like that :)
