  1. Thanks man, I've got 500pts built and primed just got to do it around my work schedule πŸ˜…

  2. Thanks man! Prepping for the new releases πŸ˜…

  3. The old forgeworld Veteran kits, legitimate parts gifted from my Dad 😁

  4. Still one of the coolest miniatures because of how subtle and grounded it is. It's something that AoS still lacks. It still leans too much celestial intergalactic cosmic bollywood fantasy without presenting anything relatable to contextualise it.

  5. I absolutely love this model, in general I love cavalry but with a fantasy twist into monster cav is the sort of thing I can get behind - it's the main reason I convert up imperial guard rough riders even though they don't have rules πŸ˜…

  6. Thanks man! I'm not the best but I'm more than happy with where I am - I still love the old empire knights - I've got a bunch in a box for my fantasy army to do 😁

  7. For context, I'm trying to limit myself to GW stuff or sculpting and want to achieve a feudal guard based on the artwork.

  8. Any factions that you're interested in? Any particular type of stories that you like?

  9. Big fan of imperial guard, I collect them in the hobby but am open to stories of the wider narrative 😁

  10. I’m reading Pariah at the moment and enjoying the hell out of it

  11. Thanks! I'll look into that 😁

  12. Great job! I have a few old guardsmen too, might finish 1 tomorrow, got the urge after seeing this!

  13. Thanks! Right there with you, this was just a little project to help me improve my brush control - I very rarely do a classic military fatigue as I'm so attracted to putting wild colours on if I can πŸ˜…

  14. Thanks man! Truthfully I'm doing them to improve my brush control and little projects like this to help me "like" my own work as I often feel the want to strip and paint again πŸ˜…

  15. I normally hate the look of Ogryns(spelling?) but this is fucking fantastic. Would love to see more of this look

  16. Agreed, not normally a fan. I like the armoured look that these came with and will suit the role they play. I'm working on a whole unit which I'll post when I get them done 🀘

  17. What yellow did you use? I’ve been having a hard time finding a good quality yellow I like.

  18. Just a base of yiel yellow, had to put an agitator & Air brush flow improver for a smooth bases and edge highlight with flash gitz yellow πŸ‘ hope this helps

  19. As a compromise, you could convert up bullgryn proxies using regular soldiers on 40mm bases - like have a guy with shield and another with a melee support weapon. A great conversion opportunity and can keep your army aesthetic πŸ‘Œ

  20. Thanks man πŸ‘ waiting on some conversion bits to arrive and then I'll be making a start 😁

  21. Wow! Never seen full horde army with fancy af bases. The theee large bases are heavy weapons and rhe one to the right a sentinel? What are the three medium bases for?

  22. Sort of a little show army for myself - want to have some real character and plan on making each guy as unique as possible 😁 Correct, 3 heavy weapon teams & a scout sentinel. The others are for Bullgryn πŸ‘Œ

  23. Dude, those leaves are fucking A.

  24. Thanks man, appreciate that 😁

  25. Looks like his head is about to pop!

  26. Looks great, but he looks like "Oh, no! I did it AGAIN."

  27. Accidently mind probed the commissar and now won't be sleeping for a month πŸ˜…

  28. Love it my man! I'm also starting a 500pt project 😁 love the tallarn infantry πŸ‘Œ

  29. Really Nice. I like the present day look. πŸ‘

  30. These guys look badass congrats man I have such a hard time painting these guysπŸ˜–mine look good from a distance but when I zoom in my guardsman look shabby

  31. Oh man! I have this too, I've been trying so hard to get some minas tirith sbg stuff painted just right. 😁

  32. Anvil industries - they do gothic bionic arm bits 😁
