  1. I would second what other comments are saying and also point out the cotton-y, almost cobweb-like material along some of the plant looks almost concerning of spider mites! It may just be your old man cactus I spot next to it getting caught up, but those are hard to get rid of. Picture of where I see it attached

  2. thought it was just a normal spider web to be fair, i dont clean my window much lol! how could i tell if they are spider mites? i have a terrarium jar from lidl with a bit of web in toooo, i just assumed a little spider got in somehow (think i even saw it once) and didnt think it was really any harm

  3. That’s entirely possible! I don’t mean to cause undue anxiety, just looking out for ya. If there are no other signs you’re prolly good :)

  4. had this for years, it was a lot flatter when i bought it and looked very different. its now like a little tree but very top heavy and growing towards light. do succulents need to be pruned? what can i do with this one, should i try to propagate some bits? is it eventually going to die because of being like this? what would have been the proper care for one in the first place?

  6. Not a doctor but mine bleed when they pop too and I think it's normal. I think they need some air when you remove it also

  7. i figured its probably just because of the hydrocolloid peeling off the thin layer of skin at the head of the spot! i think i will give them some air and put sudocrem on

  8. Sometimes the hydrocolloid patches will stick to the top of a white head/spot and pull the thin layer of skin off the top of the spot as they are removed. This is not particularly harmful but I would suggest reapplying a fresh patch if this does happen to help the skin heal and minimise the chance of any scarring.

  9. thank you for your reply that makes a lot of sense! i'll do that

  10. If it’s bleeding I’d dab a bit of sudocrem on it and let it sit, Usually once I wipe it off it’s stopped and a lot calmer! I don’t personally enjoy hydrocolloids- I feel like whenever I use them the area just goes really red and sometimes it damages the skin around my spot.

  11. you picked a scene with a wide dynamic range of light and dark.

  12. there was no sun and thank u for the recommendations

  13. Aside from the exposure discussion, which I won’t add any more too, you’re too close to the church and shooting up at it. This is causing the converging verticals. If you want your verticals straight up and down you need one of three things:

  14. due to the surrounding walls and gate i couldnt really go further back and i dont really mind the converging lines but that is very useful info for if i wanted to fix that
