I have a 2018 Chevy V-8 Truck and I want to buy a programmer to change the engine tuning, if I program the engine to run differently using the higher octane fuel (like 91-92) and I do NOT use the higher octane fuel and stick with the lower octane say around 87-89, Will I hurt the engine?
