Hey man, try using a VPN and connect through japan. Thats what we are doing. Difference is we are US-Asia. But maybe Canada-Asia would have the same result. Im just using surfshark but maybe you can try other vpns as well. Ping during games would range from 70-120 in dota, apex, but COD wz2 would be around 100-200.
