This is useful knowledge. Could someone tell me the length of the stretch bands. Haven't bought the set yet but looking at the videos the bands seem considerably shorter than other bands on the market. I guess this makes it easier to "get to tension"?!

Cool! Thanks! I still feel when looking at the workout videos that the bar seems to be much closer to his chest. I have similar bands like serious steel and a cheap bar with clips at the ends that unfortunately add 2 inches on each side. The point is I have to push a bit to get to tension whereas with the x3bar it seems, looking at the videos, you're pretty much at tension right away. I imagine this difference may have an impact on the overall workout and result.
