I prefer macOS 11-13 style dock - more uniform, neat feeling, and has a strangely bouncy/joyful aesthetic. That’s not to say I dislike the macOS 10 dock, it’s fascinating and the sharper icons look cool - it’s just I like neatness. :)

Based on the fact that I see side vents on your front panel, my guess is that you have a solid glass front panel. If so, that is your single biggest restriction for air.
No, I don’t - it’s aluminium, but the point stands. Overall, temps are at 60-70 degrees for the GPU when gaming at 4k 120hz, and 50-60 for the CPU.
