1. Okay so doing research for months leave the bands alone, only for doing glute medius kickbacks at a 30 degree angle, if your hip thrusting dont use bands it interferes with full hip extension for the glutes. Mark caroll glute coach program is great. Using “waterbottles” instead of bands lol.

  2. Agree. Also only doing band work maybe you can have hip pain. Band work it's only a tool to compliment exercises like lunges, split squats, hip thrust, etc.

  3. Chloe Ting workouts - she has free plans and YouTube videos. I find it really easy to follow a video vs. using a guide. I’m not a beginner and I have hundreds of guides, and I still like her workouts
