Anyone else put grenadine in their coffee...🤦‍♂️

  1. Coffee is surprisingly and consistently good when mixed with an acidic fruit. One of my favorite "weird" cocktails to make was gin, cold brew, fresh grapefruit juice, and a bitter amaro.

  2. One of my favorite coffee drinks is espresso, passion fruit syrup and tonic over ice. It sounds strange but it is so good. Reminds me of a tiki coffee cocktail

  3. Yeah, you're right. Coffee shandies were popular among green aproners in my area a few years back. I was never a fan, but to be fair I prefer black coffee.

  4. I prefer COURVOISIER in my coffee. And for the love of all things holy, can we please bring back French Roast coffee?

  5. A lot of people use flavoring syrups in coffee. Amaretto, mint, cherry... Think of the flavors you'd put in an "Italian Soda." Pomegranate, maybe not, and I'd wager the Monin pomegranate is tart. Rose's Grenadine, which is just "maraschino cherry" flavor (read: almond), maybe.
